3. International Shipping

Due to the nature of our products, we currently do NOT ship to customers outside of the 50 US states at this time.

All orders are processed within 3-4 weeks of receipt. Custom, hand-made artwork takes time. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. Once your order is complete, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, your tracking information will be updated to "in transit". You can track your package directly through our website or with the carrier’s tracking service. Simply enter the tracking number provided, and you’ll see the status of your delivery in real-time.

6. Delays and Exceptions

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, there are circumstances beyond our control (weather conditions, courier delays, etc.) that may affect shipping times. In the event of a delay, we will notify you promptly.

7. Missing or Lost Packages
